Taste 3 styles of Ramen from different areas of Japan, each style offers something very different.
(1) Itsuki Kyushu Tonkotsu Pork Bone Ramen Broth - Pork bones slowly boiled for hours until the broth turns white. The broth is rich and creamy, a full pork bone taste.
(2) Itsuki Tokyo Shoyu Soy Sauce Broth Ramen - this style of ramen is from Tokyo. Not as heavy as Tonkotsu or Miso broth, this Shoyu, or soy sauce broth has a hint of bonito flavor, just the right amount of salty and sweetness.
(3) Itsuki Hokkaido Shio Salt Broth Ramen - this style of ramen is from northern Japan and is considered the lightest ramen variation. Broth made with salt, fresh vegetables, chicken with a hint of bonito gives this ramen a savory umami taste.
