Sato Cut Mochi made with 100% Japanese glutinous rice.
These authentic mochis or Japanese rice cakes are individually wrapped to preserve the freshness and keep them dry.
Each piece of mochi has little cuts on the surface to make the mochi nice and plump when you roast it.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
You can cook the mochi on a pan, microwave or Japanese style toaster.
If you cook it on a microwave, the texture will be sticky and soft. By using a pan or toaster the mochi will be crunchy outside.
You can enjoy mochi rice cake with Kinako (roasted soy bean powder) or any other topping, wrapped with bacon or nori seaweed, adding it into a soup, etc.
Mochi is not recommended for people who have less ability to swallow like small children and elder people since it has a sticky texture.
